The Premium Stone BBQ Grill is made of natural stone called “Gop Dol” (made from Korean Amphibole). Gop Dol is mined from Jun La Book Do in Korea. It is famous for heat resistance and conductibility, and it is used to make various cookware. Most natural stones emit Far-Infrared-Rays (FIR), but not all emit in the range that is good for the body. Gop Dol’s FIR emission is in the range of 9-10 microns (92%), which is known to be the best range for our body. For this reason, Gop Dol is widely used for heat therapy. When used in cooking, the FIR emitted by Gop Dol enables the food to be cooked from both inside and outside simultaneously.
This means that:

1) The food will burn less.
2) It will retain its original flavor and aroma.
3) Meat will be tender and tasty like charcoal grilled meat without the health concerns of charcoal.
4) And finally, you will consume less fat since fat is dripped onto the dripping pan as the meat is being cooked.
